Journeys can be internal and external and one can inspire the other. The mind needs rest more than it needs anything else. Your mood is directly associated with how well your mind can receive and process information.
Receiving information is trusting the intuitive information we percieve in and around us, and processing information is becoming responsible for how we intepret experiennces and the impact they have on our feelings and thoughts. This is known as shadow work.

The cottage comprises of a master bedroom, second bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Large multi-purpose outside area for enjoying sun, meals, and practices. House is located in Praia das Macas, translated to Apple Beach. Most everyone speaks english - Exact Google location.
Beach and village centre is only 500m away: Restaurants, Bar’s/Cafe’s, pristine beaches, cliffside viewpoints, and forests filled with birdsong, & grocery shop (ALL) only 2 min walk. Fast fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. A modern kitchen and bathroom have been fitted, but keeping with local tradition of decor and materials, such as granite kitchen work tops and terracotta floors throughout.
